The fourth annual Gemini Ink Writers Conference will take place at El Tropicano Riverwalk Hotel from Friday, July 19th to Sunday, July 21st. This year’s featured authors include Andrea VOCAB Sanderson, Pablo Miguel Martínez, Analicia Sotelo, Camille Acker, Andre Dubus III, and Ira Sukrungruang.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in thirty-seven different panels and five different workshops. On Saturday, vendors will be selling books and literary journals at the Booksellers Market that will take place in the hotel’s Mango Terrace. There will be free readings Friday and Saturday evenings by featured authors.
Gemini Ink believes in the vital role creative writing can play in an individual’s life and personal development. Whether the last thing you wrote was a poem in high school or you are a published emerging author, we provide a warm supportive writing community and the opportunity to develop your skills.
Registration starts at $75. Your general registration fee includes a welcome reception, access to all panels, a small press book fair, evening events, and a closing party. A workshop with one of the featured authors is an additional $50. Lunch available for purchase at Mango’s Restaurant.
