Pulled Pork Sandwiches Just In Time for Summer BBQs

Barbecue Pork Sandwiches
1 pork butt or shoulder roast
1 diced onion
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cups barbecue sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients except the buns in a slow cooker. Cook covered on high for 5 hours or low for 7 hours, until very tender. Remove the pork and thinly slice or shred the meat. Serve on buns with extra barbecue sauce. This can be made up to two days ahead and reheated before serving.
